DX Caring Services has successfully secured a place on the NHS Hertfordshire & West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) Domiciliary Care Any Qualified Provider (AQP) Framework, marking an important milestone for the organisation as it continues to grow its presence within the NHS and wider health and social care sector.
The successful appointment means DX Caring Services will now be able to deliver high-quality domiciliary care services across the region, supporting individuals to remain independent and receive care in the comfort of their own homes.
The bid submission was supported by the team at Big Sister, with Bid Writer, Megan Walton leading the process.
A Collaborative Win
The submission process required careful preparation to ensure the bid demonstrated compliance with the ICB’s requirements while clearly articulating the quality and impact of DX Caring Services’ care provision.
Through close collaboration between the client and the Big Sister bid team, the final submission showcased DX Caring Services’ commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
Elizabeth, Director at DX Caring Services, shared her excitement following the award:
“I will never be able to thank you enough and your team. I am thrilled!!! You are the best.”
