Big Sister is delighted to announce another fantastic client success, with Wellsprings Care Home securing a place on the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham’s Young People’s Supported and Semi-Independent Accommodation and Support Services framework.

Through the framework, young people will have access to safe and stable accommodation alongside the personalised support they need to develop essential life skills, increase their independence and prepare confidently for adulthood.

Wellsprings Care Home demonstrated a strong understanding of the individual needs and experiences of young people, presenting a supportive, person-centred service built around safeguarding, stability and positive outcomes.

Jill Hudson, Founder of Big Sister, said:

“We are thrilled to have supported Wellsprings Care Home in securing a place on this important framework.

“Providing a young person with the right accommodation is only one part of the picture. They also need consistent support, trusted relationships and opportunities to build the skills and confidence that will help them move forward in life.

“Wellsprings Care Home demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing that complete package of support. This win reflects the team’s compassion, expertise and determination to create a safe environment in which young people can develop, thrive and build a more independent future.”

Congratulations to everyone at Wellsprings Care Home on this brilliant and thoroughly deserved result.
