Why We Don’t Pay Director Salaries

We’re often asked: “If you own 50%, do you pay the wage bill?”

What We Don’t Invest In

  • Director or management salaries

  • Office rent or overheads
  • Emergency cashflow injections

We do cover:

  • Your CQC application fees
  • Your initial business insurance
  • Your branding, website, marketing systems, and tendering tools
  • Your entire business development team. Working with you, the Registered Manager who will meet with clients, interested in private care services.

That’s where our financial investment ends — and our value-based investment begins.
