Care with Confidence was created to set a new standard in private homecare, ensuring families can confidently choose care providers who meet the highest levels of compliance, compassion, and professionalism. Through this framework, we’re helping homecare businesses gain visibility, credibility, and access to a growing base of private clients across the UK.
What Is Care with Confidence?
Care with Confidence is a quality assurance and client-matching framework for homecare providers. It enables businesses to:
- Showcase their excellence through accreditation.
- Build trust with private clients seeking reliable, compassionate care.
- Receive referrals directly from Big Sister’s network of families, professionals, and partner organizations.
New Deadline – 30th November
Applications are now open for the next round of Care with Confidence, with a submission deadline of 30th November, and remember you must have a Good or Outstanding CQC rating to apply. We also accept those awaiting their first inspection, but only if they have exceptional references.
To apply, providers must first register for free with Healthcare Tenders by Big Sister to access the application form. Register here
Once registered, applicants will receive full guidance on completing their submission, including eligibility requirements and assessment criteria.
