About Founder’s Circle

Founder’s Circle is a premium membership program created by Big Sister to support care business owners on their journey to sustainable success. It offers strategic guidance, expert-led sessions, exclusive resources, and a powerful network — all designed to help founders grow, lead, and thrive.

We’re now hiring a Project Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Founder’s Circle — starting with onboarding 30 non–Big Sister members in Year 1 and scaling up to 300 members by Year 3.

The Role

You’ll be the engine behind Founder’s Circle — managing everything from lead generation and marketing campaigns to onboarding new members and supporting the delivery of our monthly sessions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Jill to bring the offering to life, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards and mission-driven approach.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll be building the brand while also handling day-to-day execution — perfect for someone who’s equal parts marketer, organiser and people-person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & onboarding
  • Drive awareness of Founder’s Circle through strategic campaigns
  • Convert cold and warm leads into members
  • Hit key milestones:
    • 30 members in Year 1
    • 100+ in Year 2
    • 300 by Year 3

 

  • Marketing & content
  • Design and run effective marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage content across blogs, emails and paid ads
  • Manage all Founder’s Circle social channels to ensure high engagement

 

  • Inbound lead management
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and nurture leads through the pipeline
  • Ensure smooth onboarding from application to membership activation
  • Work closely with Big Sisters, Care with Confidence and Care for the Future’s Project Marketing Manager to onboard new businesses via cross-selling solutions

 

  • Event & session planning
  • Work closely with Jill to schedule and organise monthly group sessions
  • Send invites, manage reminders and coordinate follow-up tasks
  • Ensure sessions are engaging, well-attended and valuable

 

  • Member engagement & experience
  • Help build a sense of community among members
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure members feel supported, valued and motivated to stay involved

 

  • Performance tracking
  • Monitor KPIs and optimise campaigns for reach and conversion
  • Provide regular reports on member growth and engagement
  • Attend monthly strategy meetings with the wider project team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Charismatic and confident, able to build relationships with founders and care business owners
  • Strategic and creative, with a track record of building and running successful campaigns
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and hit clear targets
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder and taking direction, but also showing initiative
  • Genuinely passionate about supporting care leaders and helping businesses grow

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, events, project management, or community building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Able to work remotely, independently and collaboratively with a remote team
  • A background or interest in the care sector is a bonus
  • Driving license and access to your own car as travel to meetings will sometimes be needed, sometimes with short notice
