What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This isn’t a typical sales job.

As a Client Engagement Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our services and the care providers we support. You’ll be:

Building genuine rapport with potential clients
Hosting discovery calls and understanding needs in detail
Recommending service packages and generating quotes
Interpreting complex procurement documents with ease
Working toward performance KPIs: call time, quote value, and conversions
Collaborating closely with our bid team to get projects off the ground fast

You won’t be micro-managed, in fact, we’re counting on your self-reliance, initiative, and hunger to earn your performance bonus through excellent delivery.

Who This Role Is For

You’re not just qualified on paper. You’re sharp, driven, and ready to join a team of high performers. You’ll need:

A master’s degree (MA) in a relevant subject
Confident verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Comfort working across multiple platforms and tech tools
A genuine passion for engaging with people and problem solving
The ability to read complex bid documents and turn them into opportunities
