Stage 1: Initial Application

Stage 2: Quality Assurance and Method Statements

In this stage, you will be asked to provide detailed method statements that demonstrate your approach to key aspects of care delivery:

Case Studies (3 x 500 words each): Provide real-life examples of your work, including at least two referenceable case studies.
Onboarding Process (Max 1,000 words): Describe how you welcome and integrate new clients.
Continuity of Care (Max 1,000 words): Explain how you ensure seamless care over time.
Client Complaints Handling (Max 750 words): Outline your process for addressing and resolving client issues.
Training Matrix: Submit your latest training matrix to showcase your commitment to staff development.
Team Structure: Detail your staffing setup, including the number of full-time and part-time carers, supervisors, and managers.
Specialist Care Services (Max 1,000 words): Explain any specialised care services you offer.
