How to Register

  1. Create a GOV.UK One Login

You’ll need a GOV.UK One Login account to access the CDP. Set it up using your work email and enable two-factor authentication.

  1. Start Registration

Go to the Central Digital Platform and select “Register your organisation.” Choose Supplier, accept the terms, and proceed.

  1. Enter Organisation Details

Provide accurate information, including:

  • Legal company name (as listed with Companies House)
  • Registered address
  • Company registration number
  • VAT number (if applicable)
  • Contact details
  1. Complete the Core Supplier Information

Fill in your company’s details covering:

  • Basic business information
  • Financial standing
  • Declarations about exclusions
  • Details of persons with significant control
  1. Obtain Your Supplier Identifier (Share Code)

Once complete, you’ll receive a unique share code. This code allows buyers to view your verified information when you bid.

Keep Your Details Updated

Update your record whenever there are changes to ownership, address, or financial information. Keeping your profile current ensures compliance and eligibility.
